SHARE2KNOW is based on academic theories as well as practical experiences and developed as a combination hereof. Ideas and input emerged as a group of researchers met with a group of HR practitioners to discuss how they could help each other by exchanging knowledge. This lead to the interactive web portal called share2know, which is a unique tool for companies anonymously to share knowledge about strategic HR.

SHARE2KNOW is an interactive facility where companies can exchange information, primarily concerning human resources (HR) practices and processes. The web portal has an input and output side. By answering an online survey, companies report data to the web portal (input) while the output is acquired by either downloading standard reports or designing the content themselves.
